Azure AI and Machine Learning Engineer

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an experienced Azure AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI and ML models using Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure and services to support AI and ML workloads.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of AI and ML solutions with Azure security features and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure AI and ML services and technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in AI and ML platform engineering.
  • Strong expertise in delivering Cloud Infrastructure As Code (IAC) leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Git Actions.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
  • Programming skills with experience in API and Webhook development using Python, Git Actions, and Terraform.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Azure, DNS, Azure connectivity, NSG, routing, and cloud automation using native Azure CLI.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Azure security features, data protection, authentication, RBAC, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Understanding of cloud provisioning and administration, cloud bursting, cloud interoperability, cloud disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
  • Strong research and analytics skills with a critical thinking approach.
