About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Ricki's/Bootlegger/Cleo. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and maintain a high level of product expertise to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support coworkers by sharing knowledge, helping to complete tasks, and assisting in customer interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.
  • Secure company assets through strong loss prevention awareness.
Requirements
  • Friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Interest in fashion and an eye for style.
  • Committed to teamwork and able to apply our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us".
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
