Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of large commercial clients, providing proactive and customized business and financial advice to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to acquire and grow Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team and leveraging the full breadth of RBC's capabilities.
- Work closely with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs, demonstrating strong credit acumen and sound risk mitigation and portfolio oversight.
- Foster internal and external strategic partnerships and centres of influence (COIs) to meet business goals and focus on target market clients.
- Ensure clients are enabled to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their business.
- University degree, ideally in Commerce or Business Administration, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years' commercial banking experience.
- Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry-specific knowledge.
- Experience and comfort with emerging technology.
