Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Marine Roofing Management Ltd. as a Flat Roofer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing flat roofs using various materials, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or replace roofing materials on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors at heights, in various locations, and will be required to handle heavy loads. The work environment will be physically demanding, and the candidate must be able to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves.
