As a Senior Advisor, Modelling, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for running and executing the monitoring of pricing models and margining models. You will ensure accurate and timely monitoring of these models for the AMER branch of the bank, improve existing monitoring methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency, and collaborate with other quantitative analysts to establish new monitoring requirements and methodologies.

Project Management & Governance

You will play a key role in managing projects aimed at addressing quantitative recommendations issued by Audit, RISQ, or regulators. You will ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in quantitative finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of quantitative analysts.
  • Good understanding of pricing models, margining models, and risk metrics.
  • Good project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and C++/C#.
Language

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
