We are seeking a highly skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Vansa Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of building insulation materials and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of apprentices and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire workers as needed and carry out related staffing actions.
- Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that budgets are managed effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
