Job Summary
We are seeking a certified EHS Trainer to join our team of subject matter experts. As an EHS Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on various health and safety topics, including OSHA regulations, environmental hazards, and workplace safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials to ensure they are engaging, informative, and compliant with industry standards.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for clients and employees, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in health and safety practices, and apply this knowledge to training programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experts to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A strong background in health and safety practices, including OSHA regulations, and a degree in a related field.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and interact with participants during training sessions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to develop and maintain training materials, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different learning styles and training methods.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of environmental health and safety services.
