We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Incareof Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a long-term care center setting. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare practitioners to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Registered Nurse will work in a long-term care center setting, which may involve standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and managing a large workload.
