Assistant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Shell Gas Station, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily functions of our operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of all daily activities.
- Evaluate Operations: Assess the effectiveness of current processes and suggest improvements.
- Plan and Organize: Strategically plan daily tasks to enhance productivity.
- Manage Staff: Assign duties and responsibilities to team members.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Plan budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine and fulfill staffing needs.
- Recruitment: Hire and supervise staff and volunteers.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations of team performance.
- Supervision: Manage office and volunteer staff effectively.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
Work Hours: Expect to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
