Financial Technology Specialist About the Role

As a Financial Technology Specialist at Canada Workday ULC, you will play a key role in helping customers overcome financial technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating collaboration on effective solutions.
  • Engaging customers to understand business requirements and sharing industry practices.
  • Developing and demonstrating system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and benefits.
  • Supporting multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects.
  • Partnering with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include:
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of IT implementation experience, with 5 years of functional experience in Financials in Workday.
  • 2 years of software consulting experience.
Other Requirements

You will also need:

  • Demonstrated ability with one or more of the following areas: Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Banking & Settlement, Contracts to Cash, or Professional Services Automation.
  • Certified or ability to certify in Workday Financials Products and effectively deploy the solution.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics, and/or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
