About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Industrial Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment.

Repair and Maintenance

They will be responsible for repairing or replacing defective machinery parts, as well as performing routine maintenance work on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Fabrication and Installation

The successful candidate will also be skilled in fabricating parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, and will have experience with automated and robotic systems, conveyor systems, electrical and electronic controls, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, power tools, and hand tools.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong educational background in industrial mechanics or a related field.

Certifications and Licenses

Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement is a must.

Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.

Communication Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
