Reports To: General Manager

About the Role

As a Drywall Refinisher, you'll play a vital role in restoring damaged properties to their former glory. You'll be responsible for repairing and finishing drywall surfaces, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare drywall surfaces by patching holes, cracks, and imperfections.
  • Apply joint compound using taping tools to create seamless transitions between drywall panels.
  • Sand and smooth the finished surface for a flawless appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Experienced in drywall finishing techniques.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
