Quality Control Inspector Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Dyna-Flo. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for performing dimensional inspections of machined components, castings, ferrous and non-ferrous parts, and raw materials. You will also analyze material test reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections of machined components, castings, ferrous and non-ferrous parts, and raw materials.
- Analyze material test reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform first-offs and in-process inspection of machined parts and components at the machining centre.
- Competently use a variety of dimensional tools such as vernier caliper, OD/ID micrometer, depth gauges, GO/NOGO gauges, etc.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as an inspector in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Machining and CMM experience are preferred.
- HS diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical/Trade school accreditation is preferred.
- Valve manufacturing experience is preferred.
