About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sewing Craft Specialist to join our team at Simply Sofaworks & More Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and accessories that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Garment Creation: Design and create made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications.
  • Alterations and Repairs: Fit, alter, and repair garments as required to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Fabric Preparation: Lay out, cut, sew, and press materials to make hats and other accessories.
  • Pattern Making: Select and modify commercial patterns to customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit.
  • Design and Development: Design patterns to fit measurements and create new designs as needed.
  • Quality Control: Mark, cut, and sew fabric to ensure high-quality finished products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
