Retirement Concepts is actively looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be essential in managing the delivery of care for our residents. Reporting directly to the Director of Care, your responsibilities will include evaluating residents' needs, executing personalized care strategies, administering medications, and working collaboratively with a variety of professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with residents and their families
  • Evaluate and refine resident-centered care plans
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' health status
  • Engage in care meetings and assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to care team members

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Current LPN license in British Columbia
  • Experience in long-term care settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency
