About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Care Specialist at 7Palm Property Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in various locations.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • English language proficiency
