Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Counter Attendant involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation of dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness of utensils and dining ware.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at service stations and tables.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.
  • Prepare take-out meals and ensure proper packaging.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Assist in the preparation and finishing of simple food dishes.
  • Organize and stock refrigerators and salad bars effectively.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Utilize various kitchen appliances for food preparation and cleaning.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with conventional ovens
  • Familiarity with electronic cash registers
  • Knowledge of food dispensing equipment
  • Ability to operate grills
