Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize various kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are impeccably cleaned.
  • Organize and place clean dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items as needed.
  • Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
