Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales workers to meet the needs of our customers.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Working Conditions: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
