Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors at our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the facility regularly to monitor and respond to any security incidents
- Screen individuals entering the Emergency Department and ensure their visit is legitimate
- Notify on-site security in the event of an emergency
- Assist in patient watch duties as requested
- Notify Manager of any incidents relating to potentially violent situations/aggression
- Valid BC Security License
- Physically fit for all interior and exterior Patrol daily
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and defuse difficult situations
