Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 7957335 Canada Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail supervisory role
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment or retail business
- Language: English
