Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in purchasing, procurement, or contract management
Work Environment

This position is situated within the private sector, specifically in a dental practice setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and services necessary for the practice
  • Develop detailed specifications for items to be acquired
  • Negotiate terms and offers with suppliers to ensure the best value
  • Engage in consultations with suppliers to address needs and resolve issues
  • Evaluate and review supplier quotations
  • Establish contract terms and conditions
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related problems
Supervisory Responsibilities
