Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Lead and Develop a Team: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives, and that sales data is accurately tracked and reported.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
