Internship Overview:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, innovative, and sociable individuals who have a keen interest in marketing and sports. The Digital Media Executive internship offers a practical learning experience for those aspiring to build a career in marketing and communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting visually appealing graphics for Cosmos' social media platforms and marketing clients.
  • Generating and curating engaging content for all of Cosmos Sports and Entertainment's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Formulating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the Cosmos brand's online presence.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to devise marketing plans for existing Cosmos clients.
  • Participating in weekly marketing meetings to discuss objectives and target audience strategies.
  • Enhancing Cosmos' digital footprint by writing case studies, blog entries, and press releases for the Cosmos website.
  • Supporting the business development team in creating professional presentations and proposals for marketing and sponsorship clients.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program that recognizes the internship for academic credit.

Preference will be given to those studying Media Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.

What YOU will contribute to Cosmos Sports:

- Ability to function effectively both as a team player and independently.

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities while meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid understanding of Adobe Suite Programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva Pro (experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus).

- Previous experience in graphic design and marketing is advantageous.

This internship is a REMOTE opportunity with optional on-site office access.
