About the role...
This position plays a vital role in our customer service operations, responsible for:
- Welcoming and checking in customer vehicles in the service area
- Cleaning the exterior of vehicles and applying appropriate aesthetic treatments
- Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming and dusting
- Arranging alternative transportation for customers when necessary
- Moving customer vehicles to and from the service center
- Keeping the parking area tidy and free of debris
About you...
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background and proven experience in vehicle servicing, including:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in vehicle washing and parking
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
