Food Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Slice Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, apprentices, and design team members to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Assign Sales Workers: Assign tasks and duties to sales workers to ensure that they are utilized to their full potential.
- Order Merchandise: Order and manage inventory of food and other merchandise to ensure that our store is always stocked and ready for customers.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for all staff members to ensure that our store is always staffed and ready to serve customers.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell food and other merchandise to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory of food and other merchandise to ensure that our store is always stocked and ready for customers.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all staff members to ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and ensuring that all staff members are paid accurately and on time.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and manage office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
