Job Description

The Engineering Intern will play a key role in supporting the construction and expansion project at the Candiac site. This project involves the progress of various disciplines on site, including ventilation, plumbing, electricity, services, interior finishing, and civil works.


Responsibilities
  • Support the progress of various disciplines on the construction site;
  • Assist during the arrival of certain suppliers managed by Pharmascience;
  • Support during the integration of a new electrical input;
  • Support during the startup of certain mechanical equipment;
  • Support for the opening of the new employee entrance;
  • Support for the purchase of equipment and furniture for the future microbiology laboratory;
  • Support for change control initiation and follow-up;
  • Update drawings.

Requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good priority management;
  • Favorable exchanges and teamwork;
  • Ability to adapt to change;
  • Dynamic and autonomous;
  • Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project;
  • 2nd or 3rd year student, Bachelor's degree in progress in mechanical engineering, building mechanical engineering, construction engineering, chemical engineering;
  • Attestation ASP construction;
  • Student available 37.5 hours per week for the duration of the 8-month contract.
