Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Shergill Developments Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and train a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including residential and commercial construction sites.
