Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.

  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide accurate, organized, and analytical solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT business solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks.
