About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Training Specialist to join our team at Wingate by Wyndham Calgary Airport. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee success.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support the company's mission and values.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR training and development, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
