About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Management Associate to join our team at BCV Asset Management Inc. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in all aspects of wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their wealth management goals.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients, including savings and wealth accumulation, tax-efficient income planning, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with portfolio managers to execute portfolio transactions, adhere to investment guidelines, and conduct annual reviews and KYC updates.
  • Insurance Advisory: Provide insurance advice to clients, prepare new insurance applications, and deliver new and updated policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education, preferably with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related work experience in the financial services industry, with an unblemished record of regulatory compliance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, tech-savviness, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and investment management applications.
