About the Role

GRENCO PALLET INC. is seeking a skilled Wooden Pallet Assembler to join our production team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling wood products, including window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Production: Assemble wood products according to specifications, making minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards, marking defective parts or products for repair.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Record information on products inspected, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Dusty and noisy work site environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
