Position Overview: We are embarking on an exciting phase of growth and are in search of a Senior Mobile Engineer to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement both front-end and back-end systems to introduce innovative features, enhancements, and tailored solutions for the Edjuster Mobile application.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge in diverse programming languages and technologies to ensure feature responsiveness and functionality, address bugs, and create an outstanding user experience.
  • As a senior member of our compact yet dynamic engineering team, your contributions will significantly shape the future and development of the Edjuster product.

Collaboration: Engage in bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure that projects are accurately defined and scheduled.

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop highly available, secure, and scalable features for mobile applications (Android and iOS).
  • Write efficient and maintainable code using technologies such as AngularJS, VueJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and .NET Core.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility for mobile devices and the responsiveness of applications.
  • Stay updated on advancements in mobile application development and programming languages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in software development or engineering, with at least 3 years focused on building and maintaining iOS and Android applications.
  • Proven proficiency in essential front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Cordova).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, VueJS) and server-side languages (PHP, Go, Java).
  • Understanding of database technologies (MySQL/MariaDB) and data sourcing and staging.
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to scope projects and create accurate timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
