We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Grande Prairie Public School Division.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to students in our division. This is a part-time position, working 0.6 FTE, with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the FTE per week based on the ideal candidate's availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide physiotherapy services to students in our division
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Experience working with students in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
