About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at RAM PAINTING LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces are in good condition.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Wall Decor: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
  • Equipment Operation: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
Work Environment

You will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions

You will work 32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract. The language of work is English.
