Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Blackbird Security Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety of our clients and guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities related to security operations.
  • Manage work schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide assistance to clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for handling emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate security activities with other departments or units.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for security operations.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee office and volunteer staff as needed.
Supervisory Scope
  • Manage a team of 5-10 individuals.
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
