About the Role:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Full Time On-Call RPN. Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-call nursing services to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Utilize your clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
