Responsibilities:
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs
* Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Working Conditions:
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 hours per week
