Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Innovate R Technologies Inc.

Job Summary

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, developing, and implementing testing strategies and procedures. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop testing strategies and procedures to ensure the quality of software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software products meet quality standards
  • Identify and report defects and issues to development teams
  • Work with development teams to resolve defects and issues
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our software products meet the latest standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of software testing tools and technologies
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
