We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
