Education:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Repair Technical Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a strong background in automotive repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice to clients on automotive repair strategies and solutions.
  2. Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on automotive repair services.
  4. Arrange for billing and refunds for services provided.
  5. Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  6. Issue receipts and other forms as required.
  7. Maintain accurate records and statistics of customer interactions.
  8. Receive payments from customers and process transactions.

Personal Qualities:

  1. Excellent client focus and communication skills.
  2. High level of reliability and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  4. Strong judgement and decision-making skills.

Experience:

Experience in automotive repair is an asset, but not required. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Environment:

As an Automotive Repair Technical Advisor, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and develop your skills and knowledge in automotive repair.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
