Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty.
