Job Title: Household Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Zhang's Family. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Chores: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Errands: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and shop for food and household supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Private residence, willing to relocate.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle, valid driver's license.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
