Job Title: Bartender

At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our military messes, ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Maintain inventory of bar stock and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in the set-up and take-down of social and military functions.
  • Operate a Point of Sales system and ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario.
  • Must possess a Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Experience in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cash handling.
  • Competencies in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
Language Requirements:

English is the primary language required for this position, with bilingualism (English and French) being an asset.
