Henderson Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage construction projects, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, develop and implement quality control programs, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
