  • Examine plans and planograms for precision; suggest adjustments to the responsible team; authorize all modifications in conjunction with the category manager;
  • Work alongside the marketing team to propose products for inclusion in promotional materials, review marketing collateral, and verify product-related visuals and text, in-store displays, inserts, and purchasing guides, as well as special in-store events;
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure funding for weekly promotions aligned with the marketing strategy;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams managing promotional emails, supplier page setups, promotional content, content accuracy, web exclusives, promotions, and clearance opportunities;
  • Address concerns raised by store personnel regarding suppliers (service quality, displays, returns, packaging, market-specific products, etc.);
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store network to make informed decisions for the business unit;
  • Participate in discussions with suppliers to address product-related matters (new or existing) and conduct product range evaluations.
