Job Summary

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by efficiently picking, packing, and dispensing online orders. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and care to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with accuracy, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantities, and correct product codes.
  3. Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
