Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing next-generation data and AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, data processing, and AI, with a proven track record of delivering business impact and customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the competitive landscape for data processing and serverless infrastructure in cloud environments.
  • Architect and develop frameworks and engines for next-generation data and AI systems.
  • Analyze user scenarios to optimize software system solutions.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies, research industry trends, and present findings to the team.
  • Generate innovative ideas and new patent applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams and products to generate business impact and customer success stories.
  • Able to lead and mentor team members on design and technical skills, including data structures, multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimizations.
  • Domain expertise in the implementation of one or more of the following: AI end-to-end data processing, scenarios, and system optimizations, core database internals, large-scale data processing, scalable key-value stores, and serverless platform infrastructures.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications; MS or PhD is an asset.
