Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at Post Consumer Brands. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing routine breakdowns and conducting repairs promptly.
- Maintaining high reliability within the factory by executing quality maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Optimizing production performance through consistent machine settings and adjustments.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to uphold manufacturing standards.
- Tracking maintenance KPIs to enhance visibility and drive improvements in maintenance performance.

Qualifications:
- Valid Millwright Certificate of Qualification (433A).
- Experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong background in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and plan development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to new technologies.
- Possession of a 4th class power engineer ticket is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Capable of climbing stairs and ladders, and working at heights.
- Frequent bending and twisting, as well as working above shoulder level, is required.
