About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to serve at our postal outlet. This role involves engaging with customers and providing a range of postal services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with postal transactions and inquiries
- Accurately sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Guide customers in completing necessary forms and provide information on services
- Address and resolve any delivery or service-related concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent education
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or postal service operations
- Physical capability to lift items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility in availability for temporary assignments
Additional Details
Preference will be given to candidates residing within the local community, although those living within a reasonable distance may also be considered. A security clearance will be necessary for this position.
